Hello and welcome,

My name is Amanda, I'm a qualified and accredited integrative counsellor based in Redruth, Cornwall.

I have an existential approach to my work, helping clients explore limiting beliefs and make greater sense of their lives. I work with a wide range of issues, most of us feel stressed, anxious or stuck at sometime in our life and may find it difficult to navigate. I am creative in my work and may draw upon various therapeutic approaches, including Transactional Analysis, CBT, IFS, Attachment Theory, somatic work and mindful practice. Developing self-awareness can help us to lead a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I believe in living life deliberately, rather than by default.

My work is tailored to the needs of my client, after all, we all connect in our own unique way. I recognise the importance of working together at a pace that feels comfortable, ensuring that you feel safe and supported.

I understand that it may feel difficult to take that first step; I like to think of it as taking "me time". I offer a warm, compassionate, safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to explore your concerns.
