Fee £45 per 50 minute session.

I am a qualified and fully insured integrative counsellor.  Counselling is a form of Talk Therapy that can provide valuable support when we need it the most.  Counselling can help with many issues, helping us to unravel and better understand our behaviour, feelings and thought patterns. We may be feeling depressed, anxious or fearful and perhaps not  really understand why.  Our life experiences can shape us and define our feelings, thoughts and  actions, they may leave us feeling disempowered and directionless.  Counselling can help to establish a greater awareness of our old subconscious patterns and empower us to make decisions to live a more authentic  and happy life.

Counselling can be supportive during times of bereavement.  We will all experience loss at some time in our life, be that a family member, a partner, a friend or the loss of a pet.  Coming to terms with a bereavement may feel overwhelming and difficult to accept.  We may find it difficult to  talk to those closest to us.  Counselling can help support us through this difficult time, allowing space for the grieving process to unfold naturally in a supported environment.

Fee £45 per 1 hour session

I am a qualified and fully insured Reiki Practitioner. Reiki is a form of energy healing, the word Reiki means "Universal Life Force Energy" in Japanese.  Our bodies are made up of multiple layers, incorporating the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.  Our bodies can hold on to past traumatic experiences, creating a disruption to our health and wellbeing.  Reiki can help to rebalance our energy field and support the release of past traumatic experiences.
